These caps are accessable from the top of the radio. Do not adjust them unless you are working with the crystal section of the alignment page.
Two points:
They collect a lot of dust and crud.
They are very fragile. When removing them, the contact connected via the
center pivot (a rivet) can pop off. You may be able to repair this by soldering
it back on.
An early radio used a part that incorporated two capicitors in one unit:
